1. Introduction
Welcome to SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE (“Institute”, “SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE is a proprietorship educational institute operating in India and providing paramedical and related educational, training, communication, admission-support, and student-services facilities through its physical premises, website, digital platforms, telephone, WhatsApp, RCS messaging, email, and other communication channels that may be made available from time to time.These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Institute’s website, digital services, communication services, admission-related services, educational information, student-support facilities, and related services.By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a course, communicating with SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE through WhatsApp or RCS, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.Where a separate admission form, enrollment agreement, course-specific document, fee schedule, prospectus, undertaking, or written agreement applies to a particular service, that document shall be read together with these Terms. In case of a conflict, the specific written agreement applicable to that service may prevail to the extent of the conflict.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:“Institute” means SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE, operated as a proprietorship in India.“User”, “you”, or “your” means any person who visits our website, contacts the Institute, submits an enquiry, registers for a course, uses our communication channels, or otherwise interacts with the Institute.“Student” means a person enrolled in or seeking enrollment in any course, programme, training, or educational service offered by SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE.“Services” means educational courses, paramedical training, admission assistance, counselling, student support, informational services, digital communications, notifications, and other services offered by the Institute.“Website” means the official website operated by or on behalf of SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE.“Messaging Services” means WhatsApp Business/WhatsApp Business Platform, RCS for Business, SMS, email, telephone communications, and similar communication channels.“Third-Party Services” means services supplied by external providers, including Meta, WhatsApp, Google, telecom operators, payment processors, hosting providers, technology vendors, and other service providers.“Content” means text, photographs, graphics, videos, documents, course information, logos, designs, educational material, and other material made available by the Institute.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using any service provided by SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE, you confirm that: you have read these Terms; you understand the rights and obligations described herein; the information provided by you is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge; you agree to comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations; you will not misuse our website, communication channels, educational services, or intellectual property; and where required, you have obtained appropriate parental or guardian involvement and consent.If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the relevant services.Submission of an enquiry does not by itself guarantee admission, enrollment, course availability, certification, employment, or any other outcome.

SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE may provide educational and training-related services, including information regarding paramedical programmes, admission procedures, course schedules, fees, student support, academic activities, examinations, training facilities, and related matters.The exact availability, duration, curriculum, eligibility criteria, examination arrangements, certification arrangements, and other characteristics of a programme may vary.Information displayed on the website or communicated through digital channels is intended for general informational purposes and may be updated from time to time.The Institute reserves the right to modify course schedules, batches, faculty arrangements, locations, academic calendars, curriculum components, administrative procedures, or other operational matters where reasonably necessary.Where a course is subject to approval, affiliation, recognition, examination authority, university, board, statutory body, or other third-party requirements, such requirements shall apply independently.
5. Eligibility
Eligibility for admission shall depend upon the requirements applicable to the particular programme.Applicants are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy the relevant educational, age, documentation, examination, and other eligibility requirements before applying.SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE may request documents or information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.Providing false, misleading, incomplete, forged, or materially inaccurate information may result in rejection of an application, cancellation of enrollment, suspension of services, or other appropriate action, subject to applicable law.
6. Account Registration
Certain services may require the user to provide information such as name, mobile number, email address, educational qualifications, address, identification information, or other details.You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly notify the Institute if material information changes.Where account credentials are issued, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for activity carried out through your account, except where such activity results from circumstances beyond your reasonable control.The Institute may suspend or restrict an account where it reasonably believes that the account is being misused, compromised, fraudulently operated, or used contrary to these Terms.
7. User Responsibilities
Users of SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE’s services agree not to: provide fraudulent or misleading information; impersonate another person or organisation; interfere with the operation of our website or digital systems; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; upload malicious code or harmful material; misuse WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, email, or other communication channels; use Institute services for unlawful purposes; copy or commercially exploit Institute content without permission; harass Institute personnel, faculty members, students, or representatives; submit content that infringes another person’s rights; use automated systems to interfere with our services without authorisation; or circumvent reasonable technical, security, or access controls.Users are also responsible for ensuring that contact details supplied to the Institute belong to them or that they are authorised to provide them.
8. Payment & Billing Terms
Fees for courses, services, applications, registrations, examinations, materials, or other facilities shall be communicated through the applicable fee structure, admission documentation, invoice, prospectus, or other official communication.Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees become payable according to the applicable payment schedule.The Institute may use third-party payment gateways or financial service providers. Such providers may impose their own terms, fees, transaction limits, or security procedures.A payment shall be considered successfully received only after confirmation through the applicable payment system or Institute records.Users must not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. Genuine payment disputes may be raised with the Institute for review.Refunds, cancellations, adjustments, or fee transfers shall be governed by the applicable written fee/refund policy communicated at the time of enrollment.Where taxes, statutory charges, examination fees, or third-party charges apply, the applicable amount may be payable in addition to the stated service fee.
9. Subscription Renewal & Termination
If SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE introduces any subscription-based digital service, communication package, software facility, or recurring service, the applicable subscription price, billing period, renewal mechanism, and cancellation procedure will be disclosed before or at the time of subscription.Unless expressly stated otherwise, an ongoing subscription may automatically renew for the next billing period if automatic renewal has been authorised by the user.The Institute may discontinue or suspend a subscription where payment is overdue, the service is misused, the user breaches these Terms, or continued provision becomes impracticable or unlawful.Termination of a service does not automatically extinguish payment obligations already accrued.
10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE may use WhatsApp Business/WhatsApp Business Platform, including applicable APIs, and RCS for Business to communicate with students, prospective students, parents/guardians where appropriate, and other authorised recipients.These services are provided through third-party infrastructure and remain subject to the policies, technical limitations, approval procedures, quality standards, and enforcement mechanisms of the relevant provider.WhatsApp’s policies require businesses to have appropriate recipient opt-in before initiating certain business messaging and require businesses to maintain accurate business information.Accordingly, SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE may send communications only where it has an appropriate lawful basis and/or permission to do so.Communications may include: admission enquiries; application updates; course information; class or schedule notifications; administrative notices; examination-related notifications; reminders; support communications; service updates; and other communications reasonably connected with the Institute’s activities.Users may have the ability to stop promotional or optional communications by using an available opt-out mechanism or contacting the Institute.RCS communications may be subject to carrier availability, Google requirements, messaging limits, verification procedures, and regional restrictions. Google currently maintains specific RCS agent verification and launch requirements.SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE does not guarantee that any WhatsApp or RCS sender, agent, account, template, campaign, or message will be approved, verified, delivered, or continuously available.
11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
The Institute seeks to maintain responsible and permission-based communication practices.We may maintain records of communication preferences, opt-outs, delivery status, and messaging-related events where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, service operation, or dispute resolution.Users should not assume that a message has been received merely because it was sent. Delivery may be affected by internet connectivity, mobile network availability, device settings, carrier restrictions, platform outages, spam controls, account restrictions, or other technical circumstances.SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE will not intentionally use messaging services to send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or prohibited content.Where a third-party messaging platform restricts, suspends, rejects, or limits messaging activity, the Institute may modify its communication methods accordingly.Current RCS systems also use reputation and traffic controls, including India-specific promotional traffic restrictions, demonstrating that delivery and traffic capacity can depend on platform rules and sender reputation.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the Institute owns or has lawful rights to use its website content, logo, branding, text, photographs, graphics, course materials, designs, documents, and other original material.Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access such material for legitimate personal and educational purposes.No user may reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, transmit, scrape, or commercially exploit Institute content without prior written permission.Third-party trademarks, including WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Android, RCS, and telecom-related marks, remain the property of their respective owners. Use of those names in these Terms does not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless expressly stated.
13. Confidentiality
SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE may receive confidential information from students, applicants, employees, vendors, and other users.The Institute will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information and will use such information only for legitimate operational, educational, administrative, legal, or service-related purposes.Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently obtained, lawfully required to be disclosed, or otherwise not confidential under applicable law.Users must similarly respect confidential information belonging to the Institute and other students.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on an “as available” basis.The Institute does not warrant that: the website will always be available; information will always be error-free or completely current; every message will be delivered; WhatsApp or RCS services will remain continuously available; third-party platforms will approve or maintain an account or sender; the website will be free from every possible technical issue; or a particular educational, examination, employment, admission, or career outcome will be achieved.Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from use of third-party communication platforms, network interruptions, device failures, platform restrictions, delays, or events outside the Institute’s reasonable control.Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable Indian law.Where liability may lawfully be limited, the Institute’s liability shall be limited to the amount reasonably attributable to the particular service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIDDHI PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTE, its proprietor, personnel, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or reasonable expenses arising from: your breach of these Terms; misuse of Institute services; unlawful or unauthorised use of WhatsApp, RCS, or other messaging services; infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights; fraudulent information submitted by you; or violation of applicable law.This provision does not require you to indemnify the Institute for losses caused by the Institute’s own unlawful conduct.
17. Governing Law (India)
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.Subject to any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers or users, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Institute’s principal place of business.Nothing in these Terms prevents a party from exercising any mandatory legal or statutory remedy available under Indian law.
18. Changes to Terms
